This printable order form applies to printed book orders only. Articles and e-books are only available by ordering through this website. All orders must be in US funds. If you pay by check, we will have to wait 7 days for the check to clear the bank before we can mail your order out.

Chat Center Hours:

Our chat service is available Monday through Friday 9am - 2:30 pm New Zealand time. The time difference between New Zealand and California USA is 19-21 hours ahead depending on daylight savings. So an example of this would be:

Monday 9 am in New Zealand is Sunday 2 pm in California.
